Return and Refund Policy

At UCANADA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds for items that are:

• Damaged during delivery,
• Defective, or
• Incorrectly shipped.

To be eligible, you must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Fees

• We will cover the return shipping costs only if the item is faulty, defective, or if you received the wrong product.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us:
   • Email the following information to customerservice@ucanada.com:
     • Your order number,
     • Product SKU number and description,
     • Reason for the return (e.g., damaged, defective, wrong product), and
     • A digital image of the issue (e.g., damaged area or defective part).
2. Receive Instructions:
   • We will email you a shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return the product.
   • Items must be in their original packaging and in a condition ready for resale.
3. Return the Item:
   • Ship the item back to us using the provided label or return it to one of our physical stores for faster processing.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

• The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
• You can also visit any of our physical stores to process an exchange in person.
