On the plus side, these are wooden yoyos. That's a plus.

On the minus side:
1) the string is not a loop that is free to spin around the axle. The axle has a hole drilled through it, and the string is tied through this hole. Thus, this yoyo cannot "sleep" at all (just goes up and down)

It looks nice, but useless for even the most basic tricks. And, if you want to change out the string for a loop, performance will still suffer due to friction from the hole in the axle...
